Please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery upon receipt of full payment. We recommend you order your dresses 16 weeks prior to the wedding date to allow ample time for accessorising and length alterations should they be necessary.
Shipping and Handing
There is a shipping and handling charge of £15 for signed courier delivery within the UK. Orders for five dresses or more are sent complimentary. International Shipping charges apply and are available upon request.
We may be able to provide rush orders in under 10 weeks depending on our production schedule and fabric availability. There is an additional fee for rush orders which is available upon request.
Our London flagship showroom is in Covent Garden and operates by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday to Saturday10.30am to 6pm. Late evening appointments are currently available one day per week, these days may vary. Please call to enquire or send us a message here. The length of the appointment is determined by the number of bridesmaids attending.
We politely ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, in order to allow other brides the opportunity to utilise your cancelled time slot.
The simple sizing structure of our dresses means no sizing alterations are required. Should you need to alter the length of your dress it simply requires a straight cut with no hemming. twobirds are happy to provide details of tailors in the London area.
All of our dresses are cut made-to-order to ensure they are all made from the same dye-lot. If dresses are purchased at different times we cannot guarantee the dresses will be an exact match. If purchasing a dress to match within a bridal party at separate times, please let us know when the other dresses were purchased and from where, so we help you get the dress you are looking for.
Our Classic & Tulle dresses can be machine washed up to 30 degrees using a standard detergent; please note that fabric softener should not be used. You may wish to put the dress in a pillow case or laundry bag for maximum protection. Hang to dry and there is no need to iron the luxurious fabric. The dresses can also be dry cleaned and this is the recommended laundry method for our rosette collection.
All payments must be made in full before we begin production. Bank transfers and all major credit cards are accepted. Cash is also accepted in person at our Covent Garden flagship store.
20% VAT is included in all prices.
We ask that brides and their maids check the sizes ordered on their invoice, as our dresses are all made to order. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend the order if the dress has not yet gone into production. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should any issues be noticed upon delivery/collection of your dresses, please contact us and we will be delighted to assist you.
